At The Seam, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece. Each item is carefully inspected carefully by our team Upon receiving your order, we kindly invite you to examine your item.

If you receive a defective item, we will be pleased to offer an exchange or a full refund, according to your preference.

Sale Items cannot be Exchanged or refunded

Returns:

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds (excluding shipping fees) are processed within 5–7 working days after the item is returned to our office and passes inspection.
  • A return shipping fee applies for  returns.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued exclusively through bank transfer, in accordance with courier policy.
  • To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including the protective fabric bag and any accompanying cards.
